When you lodge a parcel, your recipient automatically receives an SMS with a unique one-time code. Our courier asks for this code before handing over the parcel. If the recipient can't produce the code, the parcel is not delivered — keeping your parcel safe from fraud or mis-delivery.

We accept documents, clothing, small electronics, retail goods, and general cargo. Hazardous, liquid, fragile, or oversized items may require special arrangements — ask at the counter.

Our courier will attempt re-delivery or contact them via the number on file. If unsuccessful, the parcel is held at the nearest S7 branch for collection. We'll notify the recipient by SMS.
